Stages is a miniature electroacoustic tape work that portrays the emotional and psychological evolution of a person through a difficult mental state. Structured as a gradual unfolding, the piece traces four distinct yet fluid phases: the initial disturbance, the emergence of tension, the peak of emotional intensity, and the eventual process of purification and release.

Through abstract textures, evolving sound masses, and dynamic contrasts, Stages reflects the inner motion of struggle and transformation — a passage from fragmentation toward balance, where sonic density mirrors the mind’s confrontation and reconciliation with itself.
